1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl989.club, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the jl989 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

jl989 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, all winnings shall be forfeited, all deposits shall be returned to the extent reasonably practicable, and the account shall be permanently closed.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl989 platform. Creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your profile promptly if any details change.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jl989 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl989 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at jl989's discretion.

• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day, subject to completed KYC verification and satisfactory review of the account's transaction history. jl989 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, jl989 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, or other incentives to players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, payment method, or geographic location within the Philippines.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements and any funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of KYC and compliance review.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl989 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl989 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on jl989.club and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via the email address on file.

Your continued use of the jl989 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
